Terms & Conditions for Text Messaging Services (SMS)

As used in these Terms & Conditions for Text Messaging Services (SMS), “Unified Office”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Unified Office, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal office at 20 Trafalgar Square, Suite 471, Nashua, NH 03063.

Unified Office as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP) for The Campaign Registry (TCR)

As a participating TCR CSP, Unified Office may assist its customers with implementing customer text (SMS) message campaigns, including by assisting with 10DLC registrations. Unified Office’s customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and 10DLC requirements in connection with their respective text message campaigns, including as it relates to obtaining and recording appropriate consents, honoring opt outs, and content requirements. If you provide your telephone number or other personal information to any Unified Office customer or receive text messages from any Unified Office customer, then, regardless of whether Unified Office acts as a service provider involved in assisting such customer’s text message campaign, such customer’s privacy policy will govern the respective customer’s handling of any personal information that you provide it (including our handling of such personal information where we act as such customer’s service provider).

SMS Messages from Unified Office

Unified Office may also send its own informational SMS messages, including via an autodialer, to its own customers in connection with the services that they receive from Unified Office. By providing a phone number to Unified Office, the customer consents to receive such informational SMS messages from Unified Office at that phone number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP (at which time we may send a final message confirming the opt out). Reply HELP for help, or customers may contact our customer support team at 877-589-3700. Customers may also update their preferences by contacting us at the address or email address provided at the end of these terms. Customers are also required to notify us if their contact information changes.

Customer mobile phone numbers and other personal information collected in connection with the sending of our own informational SMS messages will be handled in accordance with Unified Office’s Privacy Policy.

Termination; Modification to SMS Services or SMS Terms

We may terminate or modify our SMS services or these SMS terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these SMS terms will be effective when we send a new SMS message or the updated terms are posted on our website. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Your continued use of the SMS service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
