STORE CLOSINGS:

If your business will be CLOSED at any point during a holiday (or any other special day), login to your TCN Manager’s Portal account and update your store settings as follows:

On the top right corner from the drop-down menu…

If all stores will be closed → Set “Active Group” to “All”

If a store group or single store will be closed → Set “Active Group” to the store group (if listed) or individual store that you want to close

Then navigate to “Settings” > “Exception Schedules”

→ Scroll to calendar block you would like to change/edit (ie. 11/28)
→ Uncheck the “Default” checkbox (the block turns pink)
→ Set “Open” time to 0400 and “Close” time to 0401 hours
→ If custom messaging is configured, select the appropriate “Announcement Schedule”
→ Click “Save”

To REDIRECT calls from a closed store to another store that is open:

→ Set “Active Group” to the individual store
→ Navigate to “Settings” > “Call Redirections”
→ Enter a 10-digit telephone number in the “Closed” field
→ Click “Save”
→ Repeat this for other stores needing calls redirected
