Responsibilities

  • Sell Unified Office managed services
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales revenue objectives
  • Drive revenue by initially capturing new business
  • Recruit new franchisees through referrals and cold calling
  • Become a master at internalizing and pitching Unified Office’s unique value propositions
  • Develop and maintain accurate monthly opportunity forecast
  • Leverage sales by capturing and maintaining up to date CRM information
  • Demonstrate organizational leadership and team-building skills.

Skills & Experience

  • A proven track record in producing results in a SAAS or SAAS like environment targeting
    SMBs
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding quota by capturing new accounts
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is versatile enough to be a team player as well as an
    effective individual contributor

Senior Sales Support Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support/Sales Engineer who wants to be part of a fast growing early stage company. The right candidate must possess a “can do” positive attitude, be a self starter with demonstrated leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

You will be tasked with the responsibilities for the configuration and deployment of our solution at customer sites, training channel partners and customers, third party logistics and working closely with the sales teams in a pre and post sales capacity to ensure schedules are met. You will also be tasked with performing Tier 1-3 support for our customers and channel partners and be willing to travel. Other duties include:

  • Integrating voice features with service platform
  • Performing site surveys for successful deployment andinstallation
  • Work with distribution and installation partners
  • Work closely with resellers to make sure they can install andsupport our services
  • Develop and maintain installation checklists
  • Train partners and customers on Unified Office systems
  • Creation of training, installation and standard operating procedure documents

Skills & Experience

Good working knowledge of IP Networks, Security, and VoIP protocols such as SIP, SIP-T, TRIP, SIP Trunking, RTP, Stun Web 2.0 development skills are a plus. The ideal candidate should also have a background in physical telephony and cable plant systems as well as systems interoperability and integration and must be detail oriented and assume project ownership with minimal supervision.

Qualifications: A good working knowledge IP Networking, (Linux, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls), physical wiring systems, Programming using scripting languages such as Javascript, Python, PHP, and various Unix shells is desired.

Technical Support Engineer

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer who wants to be part of a fast growing early stage company. The right candidate must possess a “can do” positive attitude and leadership qualities. In addition the right candidate will receive a compensation package that includes a generous equity position within the company. A strong technical background in VoIP and related protocols such as SIP is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Unified Office has developed a next generation Unified Communications services platform for voice and data communications using well known cloud-based systems to create virtual “non-facilities” based back office systems that offer innovative mission critical services at a low cost of ownership. Unified Office makes extensive use of channel partners for installation and deployment to our customers across the US.  You will be tasked with the installation, deployment and training of our solution at customer sites and with channel partners, in addition to performing Tier 1 through Tier 3 support. This position will require some travel as needed estimated between 10-20%.

Duties Include: Installation and deployment of our platform ~ Training customers and channel partners ~ Tier 1 through Tier 3 support ~ Integrating voice features with our service platform ~ Creation of product test plans ~ Performing system and protocol 
interoperability testing ~ Create and maintain standard operating procedures and customer 
training documentation ~ Serve as a subject matter expert in customer support and sales ~ Support Sales teams in pre and post sales situations.

Skills & Experience

Software Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Software Engineer who wants to be part of a fast-growing early stage company. The right candidate must possess a “can do” positive attitude and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for implementing new product features, enhancing existing features and problem solving. The candidate will collaborate with the CTO and will interact directly with the sales force, support personnel and customers. The candidate will also be responsible for following high-level design instruction and implementing the application. The candidate will report to VP of Engineering. The candidate will be expected to:

  • Distill fast-moving product requirements acquired from our sales teams and customers into tangible engineering tasks and designs
  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end: from design through development to production
  • Work independently and innovatively to create ideas, tools, and innovative features that delight our customers.
  • Work with our Sales teams and customer advisory groups to plan and prioritize features
  • Be instrumental in the future development of our organization's frontend infrastructure and design
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and handle tasks wherever needed
  • Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews

Skills & Experience

A good knowledge of Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian), LAMP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, Git. Programming using scripting languages such as Javascript, Python, PHP, and various Unix shells. Mastery of LAMP programming tools in a Linux environment. Other preferred skills:

  • Mastery of server scripting languages like Node JS, Python or PHP
  • Strong familiarity with REST and Ajax/JSON APIs
  • Strong familiarity with MySql query and database configuration
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
  • At least one of the following:

Expertise in Internet of Things architectures and ZigBee operations Expertise in SIP and VoIP telephony
Expertise in audio processing

Expertise in front end development

  • Familiar with TCP/UDP/IP data networks and protocols
  • Outstanding analytic and problem solving capabilities
