Businesses have the ability to control environmental devices such as thermostats, air conditioners, refrigeration equipment. The service will take action based on trigger events generated from IoT data established by the user, as well as using predictive intelligence capabilities that report on potential problems before they occur.

This feature works in conjunction with Unified Office’s Total Connect Now business communications platform.
